During this interactive workshop, you’ll:
Learn about the art winemaking
Taste 3 red wines evaluating appearance, aroma, and body of each
Blend until you find the perfect recipe that matches your taste
Bottle it, cork it, name it and label it to take home
WHAT’s included:
90-minute guided wine blending session by our head winemaker and sommelier
(1) custom 750 ml bottle of your signature red blend
Artisanal snacks and palate cleansers

Valeria is a Mexican winemaker and mom of two with a background in industrial design and years of hands-on experience on her family’s vineyard. She brings wine knowledge down to earth—and helps you discover what tastes like you.
